Sewerage jurisprudence guidance

With the approval of the new sewerage contract, instead of the agglomeration contract, the SPGE and the approved treatment bodies (OAA) updated the “Jurisprudence guidance” of the sewerage work financed by the SPGE.

It is a good practice guide for all concerned players in order to understand as well as possible both the work management of the SPGE and the administrative, financial and technical procedure.
